Q: How long does it take to get my new domain name? What do I need to transfer the domain name to your account?
A: Most (98%) of our domain names are registered at Go Daddy, so we handle all account changes with their use of pending account changes. It allows us to transfer a domain name even if we have just purchased it in the past 60 days. All we need is a Go Daddy account, don’t worry it is free to create if you don’t have one and we will need the following to start the pending account change.

Q: Do you sell domain names with trademark or copyrights?
A: Chicago Domain Sales will not sell or purchase a domain name that has trademarks or copyrights affiliated with it. If you would like a domain name with a trademark or copyright in it, please purchase it at your own risk. This is not a smart decision and we fight had to protect what others have paid and went through the process to get trademarked or copyrighted. We have trademarks and fight anyone that registers our trademarks so we know the cost of these service marks.

A: Most of our domain names are registered at Go Daddy and all domain names regardless of where they are registered will have all of the information that you will need to know on the domain name sales page for that specific domain name. You will be able to see all of the following info on each domain name page.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for domain names?
A: We accept payments via PayPal which allows you to pay via all major credit card, debit card, and e-check. Amounts over $2,000 will be handled through Escrow and will take a little longer to go through, but will be handled by an independent third party. You send the money to them, we transfer the domain name to them, and then once both sides has what they are wanting, they release the funds to us and the domain name to you.
